Article 32 of the „Law on Chambers for Health Workers” defines that "members of the chamber are obliged to duly pay the membership fee, the fee for entry into directories, as well as other fees for the chamber operation, in accordance with the law."
Payment of the membership fee is based on the Decision on the amount of the membership fee reached by the Serbian Medical Chamber.
Decisions on the amount of the fees for issuing licenses and temporary licenses, entry into the Chamber directory, issuing excerpts and certificates, as well as the membership fees for 2015 came into force after publication in the Official Gazette RS (no. 29/2015).

For doctors of medicine (hereinafter: physicians), who, as a profession in the Republic of Serbia, perform healthcare activities in healthcare institutions (founded with funds in public or private ownership) and private practice, in social care institutions, institutes for the execution of criminal sanctions, in government bodies, at universities, i.e. schools for healthcare professions, occupational medicine clinics established by employers, and other institutions which provide healthcare services in accordance with the law, for founders of healthcare institutions, founded with funds in private ownership and founders of private practice, the membership fee amounts to 0.8% of the net monthly salary and may not be lower than RSD 400 per month.
The membership fee for physicians – volunteer members is 0.8% of the net monthly salary, i.e. monthly income and may not be lower than RSD 400 per month, except for unemployed physicians, for whom the membership fee is RSD 10 per month.
The membership fee may be temporarily relieved for physicians with no income due to the following: maternity leave, unpaid leave, military service, or sick leave longer than 60 days, whereby they are obliged to provide an appropriate certificate to the Regional Medical Chamber of Vojvodina.
The membership fee shall be paid to the current account of the Regional Medical Chamber of Vojvodina no. 165-14109-10 with mandatory indications:
For the paid membership fee, the institutions where the physicians are employed or where they are employers are obliged to submit to the Regional Medical Chamber a list of physicians for whom the membership fee is paid.

Members of the Chamber who are late with their payments of membership fees are obliged to accept the corresponding legal interest in the subsequent payment.
